Ernesto Bazan is an extremely talented photographer and teacher who has self published two photobooks of work from his time in Cuba (Bazan Cuba 2008, Al Campo 2011) and is currently running a kickstarter to help fund the independent production of the third in a trilogy of breathtaking books exploring the island of Cuba. Ernesto describes the project Isla below.
The 17x10" book is hardcover, 192 pages, and features 83 black-and-white panoramic photographs by Ernesto Bazan. Additionally, all three in the trilogy are self published by Ernesto and a group of his students. Isla will be available for purchase this summer. See selected plates from the book here.
Check out the kickstarter for ways to contribute to the project and receive signed copies and prints from the collection and check back with Fall Line for when the book will be available for viewing and purchase in our bookstore.
